Led by founder Andre Britz, who brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience, and Managing Director Darrel Hall, our team is driven by deep industry knowledge, international connections, and a strong commitment to long-term partnerships.

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Andre brings proven leadership in project delivery, innovation, and sustainable energy development. A qualified accountant and graduate in Business Commerce, he has driven large-scale initiatives across Africa since 2001 and now leads electric vehicle development projects in Australia and the USA. His track record in building high-performing, future-focused businesses offers clients the assurance of strategic insight and commercial reliability.

Beverley holds degrees in Psychological Science and Sociology and has extensive experience in business analysis and project management. She plays a key role in planning and coordinating complex programs, ensuring projects are scoped, documented, and delivered on schedule. Her attention to process and structure supports effective execution and helps maintain quality and consistency across all areas of delivery.
